Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Every plan can be cancelled at any time and runs until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
How does the yearly plan work?
You pay for 10 months and use all 12: the yearly price is 10 times the monthly price, so 2 months are free. Additional employees and additional companies are always billed monthly.
Is my price guaranteed?
Yes. During a yearly plan your price stays the same, even if we change our prices.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade starts immediately and the unused remainder of your current plan is credited to you.
What happens to my current logins and modules?
Nothing is taken away. Existing customers keep the logins and modules they have today, free of charge. Only additional logins cost USD 29 per month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial of 30 days. You only pay after the trial.
What does an additional fiduciary client cost?
Your plan includes 1 fiduciary client. Each additional fiduciary client costs USD 29 per month. Your clients use the client portal (web + app) free of charge, and a client with its own IDup plan costs you nothing.
